We're Here! Cleaning Services - Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 29th , 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by We're Here! Cleaning Services, you agree to abide by and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
2. Payment and Deposits
For first-time bookings, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be charged 48 to 72 hours before your scheduled cleaning session. The remaining 75% balance will be charged after the service is completed.
Recurring clients do not require a deposit. Payment for recurring services will be charged after each cleaning. A credit card must be on file at the time of booking. We will charge your credit card immediately after the service is completed. If payment is declined, you must update your payment information before your next scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
3. Booking and Scheduling
You may request to reschedule your appointment at any time. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but rescheduling requests within 24 hours will be subject to our cancellation policy and additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount.
For first-time bookings, if you cancel within 24 hours, you will incur an additional 25% charge (on top of your 25% deposit), totaling 50% of the booking amount.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning will result in the loss of the deposit.
5. What We Do Not Do
For safety and operational reasons, we do not provide the following services:

Cleaning of animal feces

Mold removal

Exterior cleaning (garage, patio, balcony)

Moving heavy furniture or fragile items

Crawl spaces

Pest removal/infestation

Full wash of ceilings and walls

Cleaning of biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids)

Remove high levels of trash/debris

Clean inside washers, dryers, or dishwashers

Clean cat litter boxes
-
Use our vacuum on pet-soiled carpets

Clean insects, rodents, or rodent droppings
-
Clean high or hard-to-reach areas without an extension duster

Guarantee results of blind dusting

Wash, load, or put away dishes
-
Empty diaper genies or diaper pails
-
Wipe light bulbs and delicate glass fixtures
-
Use a ladder higher than a 3-step step ladder

Cleaning of closets (unless during move-in/move-out cleaning)

Carpet and tile grout cleaning (quoted separately)
6. Commercial Cleaning Services
Contracts
Commercial cleaning services are governed by a separate contract with specific terms. These include service frequency, detailed scope, and pricing/payment terms.
Quality Assurance
We perform regular inspections to maintain high standards. We welcome client feedback to improve services.
Subcontractors
We may use subcontractors but remain responsible for their work. All subcontractors are insured and thoroughly vetted to ensure quality.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service under unsafe or unsuitable conditions, including hazardous materials, unsanitary environments, or aggressive pets.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Privacy and Data
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not share your data without consent, except as required by law.
